Signed up as a test user and did the consultation walk through with their person. The product worked good while we were being shown how to use it. We did not have any luck pulling any contact information and when we were able to pull it would show no phone numbers or email addresses. Told the contact it was not working and he extended the review period (or so he said). We noticed we were charged on the credit card and tried to call. No number that you can speak to anyone, you have to do this online. We were told the do not refund even though there product does not work..and we had cancelled once we noticed the charge so they shut off the service and we are still told no refund.

They do not deliver more than 15% of what they promise on their lists and they charged me over $800 for an annual plan and then refused to refund me, however, after I posted a review here they contacted me and refunded me the $800 and switched me to a monthly plan for $90/month.

As a business, you should be open to giving a good customer experience. I signed up with the company with higher expectations. The companies services was not for me and I tried to close my account. They will not refund me for the renewal they just submitted and I did not give them authorization for it. I would not use this company ever again and I am glad to be the first bad review for them!

Uplead do not inform you of their cancellation periods up front during the sign up process, nor do they provide any notice of automatic renewal of the subscription which at 2 months in a 12 month contract are long. No downgrade option is available within the end of the renewal period.
They claim to have a pause option on their website which you can activate via the platform, but that is not available and is not specified in their T’s and C’s so their website is misleading on both counts.
Avoid like the plague!

Hello- I apologize for the inconvenience that the auto renewal has caused. Our product is subscription based, and per our Terms & Conditions (Paragraph 3.2), the term auto renews unless 60 days notice is given by either party.
We do in fact have an option to “pause” the plan and keep all of your unused credits, saved searches, account settings, account history, previous downloads etc., however we would need notice of that change prior to 60 days of the renewal, and your request was not made within this period.
We strive to be transparent about our policies, and we include the auto-renewal details in our terms and conditions to ensure our customers are informed. The auto-renewal feature is designed to provide you with a seamless experience and prevent any service interruptions.

They improperly billed us. Then state they have a no refund policy. Asked for the account to be cancelled which they did not and then billed us again the following year. Again they will site the no refund policy. It is impossible to speak with a live person as they don’t have phone numbers to call. You cannot cancel online so they make you schedule a zoom meeting to do so. But then you get a “demo” agent instead of someone who can help you with your issues.

Once you pay and download the list it’s only 15% of what they advertise AND the worst part is that when you pay for the “monthly” package they bill you for the entire year and won’t refund you. Don’t pay for this scam.
